How to Get the Amazon Customer Experience Without Buying from Amazon

In this current episode Ken and Russell speak with Irina Poddubnaia, Irina started off as an Agile Leadership consultant but then stepped into the role of a SAAS founder / CEO. As a consultant over the course of the last few years, she has helped 50+ small and large companies deliver outstanding results.

Her software is called TrackMage, a SAAS for eCommerce package tracking that increases sales and customer retention by providing an outstanding post-purchase customer experience.

The TrackMage origin story is also fascinating. It was built in the trenches as Irina used to run a fulfillment center in China for 2.5 years (without speaking Chinese) and went on to launch a SAAS company completely remotely without external funding and is still running it successfully to this day
