Since 2017 Limor has run LBG Consulting Services Ltd, helping Women in tech transform their LinkedIn profile, Improve their confidence, and find the right career path for them. Limor talks to us about her career and also the most difficult conversations she had to address as a leader.
Since becoming a manager, Limor moved countries, switched jobs, and advanced her career. Eventually, she decided to become an executive coach and help others get the same results she has done for herself:
- Negotiate and get what I deserve (salary and benefits)
- Advance my career and get to executive roles
- Balance career and life and figure out the right path for myself
